If your drain field has sealed, a new tank changes nothing — the effluent still has nowhere to go. We open and read the field before quoting a tank on its own, because selling you the wrong half is the commonest complaint in this trade.

Can you get a tank into a back yard with no access?
Usually, but it changes the price. Fence panels come out, and where a truck genuinely cannot reach, the tank is craned or a smaller multi-piece tank is used. We establish access at the evaluation, not on the day.
